Adam Ridley commenced his employment with the Company on June 1, 2010 as Assistant Controller.  Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Ridley was the Financial Controller at Island Heritage Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Flagstone Re, in the Cayman Islands where he spent four years working on all aspects of the finance roll as well as regulatory and compliance.  Prior to that, Mr. Ridley spent several years at KPMG in Cayman working as an auditor serving a variety of clients the majority being captive insurance companies.  Mr. Ridley obtained his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria, B.C, Canada, and is a certified public accountant.
